TARGETGROUPS

The main target group of Sp!ts is individuals using public transport to travel to work or college during the morning rush hour (or 'spits' in Dutch).

Sp!ts gives this relatively well-educated group the opportunity to keep up with the latest news headlines at their leisure while travelling by train, bus or metro. The newspaper has a colourful, compact design and content, geared towards the reading behaviour of this 'zap generation'.

Furthermore, as well as reading Sp!ts en-route to work or college, a high percentage of consumers take the newspaper to work, college or home, allowing them to read the remainder at a convenient time.
